The policies name ClearCode B.V.
The current privacy policy declares ClearCode B.V. as operator and data controller; the terms name it as service provider. Both publish KvK 93131437. Structured organization metadata also names ClearCode B.V., while the current product footer names PredictFolio B.V. Current declarations ↗
Exact Wayback captures of the privacy policy and terms at August 9, 2026, 12:51:45 UTC contain the same operator and KvK declarations. Their footers name ClearCode B.V. The displayed policy-update date, October 29, 2025, is a page assertion, separate from the archive and current capture dates. Different footer labels alone prove no corporate rename, ownership change or deception.
The statements have different roles.
A November 10, 2025 project post directed prospective writers to Car, establishing an editorial contact role at that date. In his June 25, 2026 statement, Car reported divestment and handover. That remains his account of the transfer.
No official corporate-registry extract, shareholder or buyer record, access-revocation evidence, or malicious-key/control proof was recovered. The declarations and statements establish neither continued Car deployment access nor who controlled the drainer.
The label and financial checks remain bounded.
