Current technical evidence — 30 October 2026

Start with car-assessment/SHORT-ASSESSMENT.txt and ORACLE-ONE-CASE-VERIFIED.json.

One older oracle case is independently verified: a Car-key-authorized 1,555 USDC.e payment preceded a financially aligned proposal by 8h19m30s. The Car position is verified at the proposal PARENT block. Proposal, external dispute, request settlement and current CTF payout are distinct primary facts. Aggregate claims from the older oracle allegation site have not been independently reproduced here. This does not establish manipulation, common human control, misconduct intent, or a Car–drainer connection.

The account inventory covers six publicly declared Car-associated keys and 30 actual/computed EVM addresses on seven chains. Computed addresses are not automatically additional deployed accounts. Public names/profile IDs, derived key-to-wallet bindings and human ownership claims remain separate.

Polygon inbound message notices were externally authored. Successful incoming messages or dust do not prove operator acceptance, authorship, spending, or control. Each chain has its own fixed snapshot cutoff. Recent history and listed-token checks are not whole-chain, all-asset or lifetime coverage.

Raw JSON-RPC requests/responses, decoded results and read-only verification scripts are included. Some scripts refer to earlier baseline evidence retained in the prior pack; recorded RPC requests can be replayed independently. JSON copies replace local absolute host paths with portable evidence references. No chain data, recovered signature, amount or snapshot value is changed by that transformation.

Full X post bodies, complete third-party comment threads, service credentials and the functional malicious script are excluded. Original source files and the older public ZIP are preserved.

MANIFEST.json lists original-source and public-copy hashes. SOURCES.txt lists public source URLs.
