Polygon cutoff: block 96,456,725, October 30, 2026 at 20:02:24 UTC. Checks begin at block 96,453,803, immediately after the 18:49:19 baseline. All seven event queries succeeded; current wallet reads have no unresolved error. One baseline rate-limit error was retried successfully and is preserved.

No tracked operator sent native POL, canonical collateral or CTF positions. All ten nonces are unchanged. Canonical pUSD, USDC.e and native-USDC holdings are unchanged, including 4,759.433599 pUSD in the secondary wallet.

The only operator balance changes are four externally sent 0.025 POL receipts into main, e4, 539 and C91 at 18:53:00–18:53:09. Their calldata points to earlier onchain messages. Sender 9c23 received 5 POL from 35f at 18:45:31, then sent the four notices with nonces 0–3. These are incoming message notices, not operator outflows or proof that the recipients authorized them.

The referenced messages were approved by a seven-owner Safe with threshold three. Independent SafeTx digest reconstruction matches both the contract getter and ExecutionSuccess events. Six actual signature recoveries prove that the same three keys—3b0d, 687c and 9c23—approved both messages at Safe nonces 171 and 172. Thus the notice sender 9c23 is also an actual message approver. The public MultiSend utility is not an author. Owners and threshold are unchanged at the current cutoff. Every Safe owner, Safe address, notification sender, funding sender and outer sender has zero exact matches against Car86, derived344, candidate39, Car92, 13 named keys and the 15 operator/associated-role endpoints. Company affiliation remains unverified; the encrypted payload was not decrypted.

Car held 413,725.323469 pUSD, down 2,082.741779. The full change reconciles to six official CLOB trades with matching receipts and Car’s own CTF legs: 62.205 pUSD received and 2,144.946779 spent. The latest settlement was at 20:00:42. No private funding or private outflow was found. Lol stayed at 31,792.049314 pUSD and E044 at 5,117.762394 pUSD.

These are fixed Polygon observations. Settlements do not prove a fresh login or misconduct. Incoming messages do not prove operator control or official Polymarket authorship, and their 0.1 POL is not stolen principal. No keys were requested or derived, no ciphertext was decrypted and no transaction or contact was initiated.
