Public evidence update — deleted posts, promotions and April 23 exposure

This pack preserves the current-status audit, a recovered deleted Bitcoin promotion, selected payment evidence and historical positions across the eight publicly associated Car accounts. Each finding has a narrower scope than the allegations that led to the check.

Read these first:
- archive/STATUS-COUNTS.json and archive/PUBLIC-STATUS-REGISTER.json: 398 requested status IDs; 314 explicit author-deleted results and 84 live responses. Four live requests normalize to other IDs, leaving 80 unique live returned IDs. These are status IDs, not an exact total of logical posts.
- trading/btc-screenshot-assessment.json: the deleted 7290 return promotion and formal edit are verified. The attachment has no market date or ID. The particular market critics selected resolved Down, but matching the attachment to that exact market remains unresolved.
- root/CHOICE-PAYMENT-VERIFIED.json: the incoming 5000 payment and its selected chain path. An incoming payment alone does not establish what happened to a later donation promise.
- oracle/ORACLE-DELETED-POSTS-VERIFIED.json: archived contents and current deletion checks, including the live surrounding context and sponsorship disclosure.
- oracle/group-apr23/APR23-GROUP-EXPOSURE-VERIFIED.json: 176 historical token-balance reads across 11 blocks show that combined exposure stayed net Yes at the checked times, including around three public comments. An opposite-side hedge existed in one acknowledged account. Share exposure is not dollar profit or loss.

Source handling
Public social material is represented by URLs, author IDs, dates, edit-family metadata, response hashes and factual paraphrases. Full X post bodies, critics' images and Car's complete original image are not reproduced. The original 7290 image has an external source URL and SHA256 in the trading files. Full Gamma descriptions and unrelated profiles/comments are omitted. Selected raw public blockchain requests, responses, transaction inputs, receipts and block headers are included.

A rawLocalFile or older local reference in a curated record identifies a preserved research source; it does not mean that source is included in this pack. The status register supplies exact first-party URLs and response hashes for those local records. Repeated author-deleted tombstones have identical bodies and therefore identical hashes.

Reproduce the checks
Use Python 3.9+ with the standard library. From any directory:
  python3 oracle/group-apr23/verify_historical_balances.py
The script reads accompanying files, decodes the exact balanceOf requests, checks 176 successful results across 11 blocks, verifies 96 recorded before/after comparisons, and recomputes group exposure. It makes no network calls. HISTORICAL-BALANCES-OFFLINE-CHECK.json is the retained result. Provider honesty and full economic profit are outside this check.

The authorization verifier also runs offline:
  python3 oracle/group-apr23/reproduce_apr23_key_authorizations.py oracle/group-apr23
It needs only the six accompanying transaction/receipt files and verifies the three selected key authorizations with built-in Keccak256 and secp256k1 arithmetic. Two standard Keccak vectors are checked. An isolated-copy test changing the signed transfer amount by one raw unit was rejected. APR23-KEY-AUTHORIZATIONS-OFFLINE-VERIFIED.json is the retained positive result. The script does not verify every historical trade.

Manifest
MANIFEST.json and SHA256SUMS.txt list all material members and their byte hashes. Their own files are excluded to avoid circular hashes. The separate zip SHA256 file identifies the download archive. The existing proof packs were not replaced or edited.

No new screenshot-forgery, pump-and-dump, charity-fraud or Car-to-drainer attribution finding is established by this pack.
