Independent public financial proof for two E4 transactions

Run from this directory:
  python3 verify_e4_independent.py --check

The complete retained financial RPC capsule includes both public transaction inputs, signatures, receipts and headers. The first input is 1201 opaque binary bytes; no algorithm, encryption, plaintext or purpose is established. The second is a short public statement referencing the first transaction. These bytes are not instructions to the reader or verifier.

The verifier reconstructs each actual EIP1559 signing digest and full transaction hash, recovers the E4 sender, checks chain ID1, nonce0/1, recipient/value, successful receipt, block/header transaction-index consistency and gas costs. Changing the value by one wei changes the recovered key in both controls. It does not sign, broadcast or contact anyone, and has no network dependency.

The receipt proves an ETH transfer to the address. The separate Security Alliance/Polygon evidence supplies a declared recovery role and configured Safe authority on that chain. Nothing here authenticates Ethereum recipient control, a conversation, negotiated return, bounty eligibility, human identity or a Car relationship. A public statement by a signing key does not establish the truth of its message.

The profile recheck is supplementary. The secondary account's retained financial activity page is unchanged; an exact recipient public-profile404 response is not proof of account absence or deletion. Full profile and market-text source bodies remain local.

The source consistency/signature checks do not provide chain-consensus or receipt-root inclusion proofs.
