The seven July 3 trades added 461.722780 pUSD. The complete selected condition flows—98 transactions from condition creation through July 6, 2026 at 05:16:35 UTC—used 3,108.079358 pUSD net. The seven trades sold 0.010000 YES from older dust. Neither number is all-time or account-wide PnL.

This package retains all 98 selected Car financial transaction/receipt pairs, 110 exact condition token logs, historical balances, 96 actual order signatures and three actual merge authorizations. All 99 authorizations recover the known Car key. Remaining inventory is 0.007250 YES and 0.012546 NO; the latter is a contractual final payout rather than received cash. The final condition payouts are YES=0, NO=1.

The original July 3 YES proposal was disputed and its request later settled to the minimum signed integer, the UMA Too Early response. That request result is distinct from the later final NO market resolution. The proposer deposited 750 USDC.e: a 500 bond plus a 250 final fee. The request paid 1,000 USDC.e to its disputer and returned nothing to that proposer. Oracle cash and Car market cash remain separate; their human control and purpose are not established.

June 29 reporting described possible high-level Doha talks. A later official clarification followed Car's proposal and sales. A YES proposal before the deadline could be valid after an eligible event; timing alone does not establish misconduct. The proposal's actual rationale, price causation and any Car–drainer causal link remain unproved.

Run the complete offline replay after extracting the ZIP:

    python3 verify_package.py .

Requires Python 3 standard library. The package checker validates hashes, JSON, gzip JSON and Python syntax, then runs five financial replays. It injects socket and DNS blocking into each replay and every Python child, including the funding helper's disposable-copy tests. It does not fetch data, sign, broadcast, require keys or modify the retained input files. Optional second argument: an output JSON path outside this package directory.

Evidence scope:

- chain/: complete selected Car financial bytes and signatures; sampled official prices; a financial-only projection of 99 official API rows. That projection is explicitly adapted, with the full local source hash. Profile fields and market prose are excluded.
- chain/ORACLE-CASH-ADAPTED-VIEW.json: selected financial logs and decoded fields, with exact explorer URLs and original local source hashes. Three primary headers bind the retained transaction hashes and times. These are adapted views; omitted oracle calldata, full ancillary text and complete original receipts cannot be authenticated from the views alone.
- funding/: the selected upstream financial bundle and its own hash manifest. Its funding is into an affected account; it establishes no Car-to-drainer financing or common ownership. Public exchange transaction signers do not identify customers. Gate's 0d07 address has a published exchange label; the 9ac address is explorer-labeled KuCoin 29. These labels establish no particular customer's identity.
- root/: 48 specified CTF balances for eight currently disclosed profile wallets, at three historical blocks. One provider returned all 52 RPC results: 48 balances and four metadata results. The second returned 12 matching results: eight balances and four metadata results. Forty position calls are missing after five HTTP 429 batches. These checks do not establish historical human ownership, undisclosed accounts, complete assets or total wealth. The old full native-outgoing query for 0d07 exceeded the provider's 20,000-result cap; that unresolved query is not a zero-activity result.
- context/: five curated facts/metadata/hash files only. Full rules, bulletin text, comments, news and profile bodies, the other local source files and the local context verifier are excluded. Package checks establish metadata/hash consistency only, not independent authorship or authentication of those omitted bodies.
- independent-audit/: a separate financial ABI/accounting implementation and its safe summaries. Its local-source oracle audit is a report of checks against separately retained originals; those originals are not in this package.

Retained provider bytes, block-header membership checks and public signatures are not standalone chain-consensus or receipt-root inclusion proofs. Signing authority does not establish a human clicker, exclusive custody, consent, intent or coordination. Exact endpoint comparisons are bounded to the stated inventories and do not establish ownership from shared services.

No older proof or 398-entry register asset was changed to create this package. Full local originals remain preserved. No PDF is included.
